Sarah Beth Lanzone wanted to find a job that combined her real estate and finance interests, so she joined Greystone Monticello’s asset management team last summer. A year later, Lanzone is monitoring the performance of a $730 million portfolio of bridge, mezzanine and working capital loans for multifamily and seniors housing, mostly in Texas, California and New York. She has been named to the Top Young Professionals list for her achievements as she grows within her field.
